Price elasticity measures the effect of price change on the quantity demanded or supply. In other words, the responsiveness of quantity demanded due to the change in price is called price elasticities of demand. it is used to measure how much there will be the change in quantity demanded due to how much change in the price, if there is a significant change in price but the quantity demanded increases or degrees slightly that means the demand for that specific product is inelastic. on the other hand, revenue is the money that a business receives as a result of sales. for example, I have a business of selling shirts, and I sell 10 shirts for 100 dollars, this one hundred dollar is my revenue because this amount I have received as a result of sales of my shirts, but let me tell you something, there is a huge difference between revenue and profits. profit is the amount that is received by the business after taking off all the direct and indirect costs from the revenue but revenue is the raw amount that is received by the business as a result of its sales, no cost has been taken away from the revenue it is just the raw amount.
