Hey all! This summer brings the opportunity to film a part three so, if there are any types of equestrians you’d like to see in the next installment of this series, please reply to this comment with what it is and a brief description! For example, “The barn rat” - the girl who is always loitering around the barn, and we can take it from there!

The Artist- Spends a lot of time by the horses, but it's a miracle if you find her riding instead of drawing or painting. If she is riding, she might just be having people taking pictures so she can use that to draw or paint. She's normally very supportive of her fellow barnmates and cares a lot about the horses although she probably doesn't own one.

Omg I had this one girl in my riding class keep telling me stuff about how I should keep my horse moving and stop making mouth sounds while we were turning on the forehand and like she hasn’t ridden my horse before. TAE But that VMIN tho Yea, this one girl in my lesson a while back was such a know it all, I was using a shedding blade (obvi on the fleshy parts of the horse only) and she goes “STOP YOUR HURTING IT, STOP WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT???” Another time I turned a horse out, and you’re supposed to turn them around to face you so they don’t go running off bucking but this girl goes “lol why would you turn the horse around? They’ll escape the padock” and I- She is always saying things like “next time do this like me” in our lessons, and if you’ve ever seen her ride... She sits on the horse like she sits in a chair, forget the straight line between toes knees and shoulders, and when she asks for a horse to go... When she asks it’s not a squeeze to ask them to go, never has she ever just squeezed to ask, no, she goes straight to kicking, and when she kicks, she kicks HARD man! You can hear those kicks echoing through the arena and we have a really REALLY big outdoor arena, and I’m so sorry for those horses... you can hear her kicks echo in the poor thing’s guts too it’s so bad... And our trainer doesn’t say anything omg...

I also think that the stereotyped equestrian is quite common. The stereotyped equestrian usually has a more wealthy family, and because of that is assumed to be a snobby brat, when they genuinely want to learn horseback riding. I find these equestrians are often similar to the cheerleader, but more focused on their riding. These equestrians are often quieter, and you can never find them in any drama or causing a ruckus. Beginner These equestrians are one of the trainers favorite or least favorite riders, no in between. They are either super snobby and think they are too good to ask questions, (and end up not learning as quickly because advice is too harsh for their butterfly skin) or they can be very genuine, asking questions, and trying their hardest to follow every tip the trainer gives, while they may not be ask good as the others, we all start somewhere and it’s important to encourage them.

@Emma Cato Don't listen to those that make fun of you or just judge you for idk being more expert than them or being rude to you. It happend to me too, at my old riding club i was judge for being mute aswell ;-; . I hope you can find some real friends soon that appreciate you the way you are :D

I heard “Amy and ty” and turned my volume up to hear about heartland. I already knew it was heartland. And btw the first one I already said which one I was, so if you wanna see what mine would be, go to the first version. (I’m late but idc lol) And I feel so bad for the horse when she was just acting and yelled “stupid horse” lol it probably felt like it did something wrong and didn’t even know what.

I can canter on my two legs; the trick is a flick of the ankles, which is why horses have huge ankles.

I used to have a horse that was extremely chill to be around. She was young and inexperienced, but loved to be around children. She was my first horse and due to her personality being the ideal personality for a child's horse, she looked like she had been ridden for years and years before I got her, unlike the adults who were thrown from her back. I never went faster than a walk with her as she lived on my dad's farm and not at a stables, so no lessons, so we just enjoyed each other's company. She's a good girl and would have been turning 16 this year if I still had her

I’m a mixture... the shy/quiet, the wannabe trainer, and a tiny bit natural.

5:29 there's a horse in the background did she/he get loose?
@juliaglock18464 жыл бұрын
Oh! No he isn’t loose! Out horses live in a big paddock and it goes around the arena on all sides and then up a big hill. He was just hanging out with us down there since he’s super attached Hailey (the black mustang). Promise he was perfectly safe and not at al loose!
