Yea, that's awkward, also in my opinion a real friend should know your Birthday tbh (but I understand that there are people who just really struggle remembering that stuff) But I just send a simple Snapchat with "It's my Birthday!" or the day before just casually saying you're curious what you gonna get the next day for your BDay ;)

I stopped caring about my birthday in high school because expectation were never met and it was in the old days before you could throw a pity party on Twitter and have it go viral. I’ve never been happier. Some birthdays it’s super low key, others I wild out on my own, or randomly my siblings will use it as an excuse to wild out. It’s a win/win no matter the intensity.

I'm a few of them, I'm the halfway birthday because I always tell people EXACTLY when my birthday is when I get close to it, like if you ask me in how many days my birthday is in, I'll already know the answer, for example, my birthday is in 14 days. I'm also the birthday month monster kind of though, because well I don't celebrate my birthday for a month but because my parents are split up, I have my real birthday at my mom's, a birthday party at my mom's (Because my birthday falls on a school day :C) a party at my dad's, a party at my grammy's (My mom's side) a party at my grandmother's (My dad's side) and a party with all of my dad's siblings. That's 6 birthdays...

Number 4 is always my lil' brother. He always says no I'm 8 1/2! Then he counts the months till his birthday. Finally, he can't take it anymore and he just says "No! I'm 9! Crafting Girl when people ask how old i am I either say I'm 11 1/2 or i dont. Sometimes I do, most times i dont. But seriously, I get really excited for my birthday since everyone around me is older than me. so when it gets really close to my birthday, I'll just say, 1 month till my birthday!
