Good question! It's generally recommended to go with a digital progressive design without particularity to sport. If you tend to use the reading portion alot, whether for preparing the draw or reading your phone/map, a standard seg height is sufficient BUT if the reading portion is secondary to the distance portion for the majority of use, then you may want to drop the seg height down a few millimeters so that it does not interfere with your distance accuity.
