Well explained.but i have a question what is the use to find balance factor? Is there any fact by which we can say that the less height explains the well balanced tree?

@@AyushiDixit-cse Thanks for watching. Balance Factor is needed to balance the tree. If the tree is not balanced then the worst case searching time complexity will increase. And it will look like an array. So To reduce the time complexity we use Balance Factor.
