Im 60 yo & receive SSI. My healthy 86 yo mum decided that my older sibling should be the executor of my trust fund inheritance upon her passing. Ive been bullied by my Narcissistic FAMILY since birth. My SIBLING & i are estranged from eachother, change unlikely. His wife is a highly accomplished lawyer who dislikes me as much as i her. Im not disabled nor does ANYONE other than me manage my financial affairs. Do i need a special needs inheritance or can it be a regular inheritance identical to my sibling?

What doc do I need to protect my house from my new husband’s adult offsprings, as my desire is to donate it to an Animal charity? Husband wants to live in the house until he dies.

You and your husband should consult with an estate planning attorney in your area. He (or the two of you) should be able to create a trust to hold the house and dictate where it goes when he dies.
