I keep coming back for this video. Of all the La Blogotheque videos, this one feels incredibly personal and familiar, like the Bon Iver in Paris vids. They sound a lot like the Canadian band Hey Rosetta, who broke up, but have that same incredibly familiar and eclectic vibe.

Since the first time you posted them in a tree I've been saying that this is my favorite band of all time. The complex symphonic melodies combined with simple brutally honest songwriting makes this band transcend from good to unbelievable. This is the kind of music you could listen to 25 different times and get a different layer out of it that adds to the meaning of the song. I love this band.

This is really close to my experience. I think that tree performance was my intro to Typhoon too.

I used to work at a music venue around this time, and got to see hundreds of live concerts during that time and when people ask what my favorite shows were I often say this band. They were so good live with the horns and strings and everything!

Might be my favorite of many typhoon shows/videos; many beloved friends & relatives gathered to create on a record-breaking cold day.

I remember the band posting that they recorded with you years ago. 2013? I have been waiting all this time for this video to be published. It was worth the wait. I cannot wait to hear what Typhoon has been working on since then.
