I mean, muramana, bc and eclipse give among the highest amounts of ad in the game, coming in at around 200 together. Add that with the 110 ish base ad he has at lvl 14. His E+blue smite + phase rush gives him the movement speed, adding up to the remaining ad. It makes sense homie? They also only hit him with 3 different abilities, and those being their least damaging ones. Simple maths really
