Sydney Crisp thats true! Buuutttt tilapia was PROVEN to be extremely bad for you (ive heard even worse than bacon) which is saying a lot considering how many health benefits most fish have. Try salmon or cod. At the end of the day we're all young and its a lot easier to stay healthy now. Don't eat bullshit and expect it to not catch up to you lol
