The best way to tell when fried chicken is done is that it gets quiet, the chicken floats to the top of oil, and the vigorous bubbling begins to die down.

Diane, I do agree with you! However, where do I find the recipe? You cannot just throw stuff in. I like to measure carefully. Please reply to me.
@MarceGL4 жыл бұрын
@@gordanazakula4927 use a similar spoon like the one she has in the video, and learn by trying I'd say, as you can see she tastes the stuff and knows when it's enough ( I don't think people that cooks the old school way were taught like that or even know how to do it, they just know it), everyone likes things (more salty, sour or sweet) differently, my grandma taught me how to cook and it was without measurements or scales, now when I'm cooking I just look at things and know when they are done, I think you just master that with time, have a nice day and stay safe.

Hi Miss Debbie, may I suggest you always start with seasoning the meat, and break shortly after, so for those who do not wish to view the seasoning of meat, they can skip that portion? I find seeing you do everything from beginning to end, is extremely essential to the meal being authentic. Thank you for sharing your tips and tricks, they are greatly appreciated 👌🏼
