Is cheerleading during the season like a full time job? 40 hours or so of practice, meetings, and games? Are you gals still employed by the team and getting checks during the off season?

Francisco H. NFL cheerleading is a part time job. We all are required to have full time jobs, so cheerleading is essentially our side gig! We sign our contracts for a year, so we are still members of the team during the off season. During the off season, we have tons of appearances which we are compensated for.
