It's all good Ches I enjoyed this save. You elevated Everton to a European frontrunner in the prem and made the UCL semis. A massive difference to being played off the pitch every time you played a top 6 side in season 1.

I totally agree with wanting AI defending/marking is utter rubbish as you can't control every player at once. The trouble is EA did put in AI defending into a previous title of FIFA but everyone moaned about it being to over powered so they got rid of it or changed how it works. Just begs the question whats the point of the actual player stats seems to make no difference to the ability of the player. Seems its all just window dressing to me which ruins the realism and gameplay. keep up the great content and series looking forward to the realistic road to glory. Try and use the Team mate contain feature in that situation

Well said. I have felt the last few versions of the game felt very artificial, in fact whether you are winning or losing it never felt authentic, more like a lottery of what matches it would overpower your team and what matches it would overpower the CPU. Very few 50/50 games where you can actually grind a result. And FC25 has been the pinnacle of artificial feeling play.

I watch you like I do any series on Netflix etc and really enjoy that you select less obvious teams as it makes the journey to winning major trophies more satisfying BUT if you’re going to quit the series then it has the opposite effect. It was similar with the Leeds series at the end of FC24 P.S. Love you as a creator hence why I get so invested and I’m a tad autistic and unresolved endings really P me off lol

If you want to make your RTG realistic you should use if you want live star points to start with RTG. If you want. Just a suggestion.

Do you use second man pressing (rb/r1) and marking (double tapping rb/r1)? God send for me, only that I don’t see overhead markers other than the one player you have in control

Are there any sliders that avoid conceding the exact same goal all the time? All the AI do is back into you in the box and then when they spin you they’re too fast, too agile and too robotic. There is literally nothing you can do.

Defending is screwed, crossing into the box is pointless, the injury system is ridiculous, the transfers from AI make no sense... all pretty standard from EA these days, not sure why we all kid ourselves that it'll be any different each year 🤷🏻😒

i found that disabling the first transfer window, helped with more realistic signings. However saying that, we got an ageing Joselu going to Arsenal 😅

Seemed a waste of time to do another season but not really do it as you simmed far too much. Would have been better to do it properly or not at all.

You only lost the league because of some of the poor results in the simmed games, you would have been fine otherwise. So I don't think you failed this season, you would have been good enough to win the league had you not simmed so many games in the first half of the season and lost so many points.
