hii! just want to clear things up :) there’s already a few comments about me starting resin because of justinebujo, i love her a lot but i would like to inform you guys that i’ve been working with resin for almost more than 3 years now. My previous accounts were @giftedcrafts and @mlkyskies on instagram so it has been my hobby for a really long time. This has nothing against justine, i really love her work and she is extremely talented

as a shop owner, i feel this! it's really unfair when people accuse you of copying when it's all inspiration, plus you've been doing it for a long time! keep up the amazing work! your shaker charms are beautiful !! 💖🌹 ps : you've also earned a new sub hehe 💗

I’m sorry you’ve been made to believe that you even have to give us an explanation!! 🥺 Personally, I believe that the different techniques you used are proof enough that you’ve been doing this for a long time. There is no doubt that many of us (including myself) with an interest in bujo, stationery, and crafts are inspired by Justine...but that does not invalidate our own interest, experience, and creations! I’m sure that many people who’ve been following Korean bujo accounts for years may find Justine’s work to be quite similar, but that doesn’t invalidate her videos either. We all bring our own inputs to our creations and to this community, and nobody should be made to feel that they’re not “allowed” to do certain things because someone with more visibility is doing it. People need to stop being so hateful and ridiculous. You do you, Chloe! Thank you for your contributions to this long-standing and growing community. 💖

Hi, I do stuff like this alot and doing resin takes a VERY long time just because of it having to dry. I would of taken them 4-7 days but because she also used UV resin it would of probably taken them 4-5 days.

Great video! Love all the cute decorations you added 😄 Just one comment, I noticed you attached the bail using UV resin when the shaker itself is made with 2 part resin. This does not create a strong bond and may cause the bail to fall off. Instead, seal the bail one more time by doming the back using 2 part resin, this way the resin will bond to itself permanently and the bail will not fall off. Hope this helps!

Everyone is working with resin now a days so I wouldn't take time to explain the obvious.... People will always have unconstructive comments without knowing better. You are talented and even if we all work with resin including myself everyone has their own touch and style.

be very careful when shaving the resin. one of my art professors used to work with resin and he developed severe life-threatening allergies from being around resin dust for years
@milaandsveta3 жыл бұрын
how do i prevent that/be more careful?
@emli47983 жыл бұрын
@@milaandsveta you should always be wearing a heavy duty respirator and work in a highly ventilated area when handling resin. full face is best, but if you do half face make sure to purchase goggles as well. resin is incredibly dangerous and not something to just pick up for "kawaii/cute aesthetics" or whatever.
@milaandsveta3 жыл бұрын
@@emli4798 okay thank you, is that the same with UV resin? or is UV resin safer?
@angelbiscuits3 жыл бұрын
@@milaandsveta all resins are toxic to a degree (even those listed as "non-toxic"). a vapor respirator mask is good for both epoxy and uv resins. you can find them at your local hardware store. for resin dust, you can use heavy duty dust respirators. i also agree with goggle use. gloves are also a MUST (nitrile is a good choice).
@mochabearry Жыл бұрын
@@emli4798 I mean, you definitely should pick it up for the kawaii/cute aesthetics, as long as you learn how to properly do it. What other reason is there to do it for art purposes? Don’t make people afraid of it, sheesh.

Hi, tutorial on the heart shaker mold please!!! How did you do it T.T
@carols93293 жыл бұрын
@Shookyshookt - Your daily ARMY gachatuber There are videos out there to show you. Basically you take a shape (this could have been a heart earring) and place it into a container and pour in the shape making silicone product (she mentions it in the video) just covering the earring. After it is set, then you take the mould out of the container then the earring out of the silicone. You may need to clean the mould up a bit if there are bumps, but then you should be good to go. Research is the key. Look up mould making videos. I watch several from different artists so you can get tips from each. I am currently gathering products and will start playing soon, then hopefully start my own videos and hopefully selling things in the future. Good luck to you.

I have rewatched your video 5-6 times. I always shied away from doing these because they looked way too complicated but you make it look easy! So much so that after I watched the video for the 5th time I went straight to Amazon and Etsy and bought everything I'm going to need!! Lol! I don't do anything half way!! I even spent way too much on the little charms and fillers for the keychains! I have one question.....what size are the words that you put on the front of the keychains? And if I'm not mistaken you used baby oil? Is it mixed with anything or just alone? Would glycerin work better? Will the baby oil eventually turn color or go bad? I can't wait!! My packages are coming in daily and I'm still waiting on more....lol! Getting ready to do my first few! Wish me luck!! Thank you for sharing this!
