P.S. Unfortunately, there is a little mistake: Instead of a pic of Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz there is a pic of Isaac Newton! I'm sorry for this mistake!!!

I also use this in my German classes, thank you! I skip the first part, starting at 4:35, here's a short summary: - typical German things like Christmas market etc. - sights (lots of Berlin) - products and companies (minus Ferrero & Phillips like others noted) - inventions (some debatable as others invented the same thing at a similar time, light bulb, telephone etc.) - food & drink - well known German from politics & history (love the song!) - from art and music - from literature - science and academia - from sport - actors & entertainers - TV series/ shows

Diesen kurzen Film "Typisch deutsch von A bis Z" finde ich super. Ich unterrichte Deutsch und versuche diesen Film im Unterricht anzuwenden. Die Schueler werden bestimmt viel Spass haben! Super!

Super Video, besonders die Musik ist auch schoen ausgewaehlt. Waere aber noch besser, wenn die Namen eingeblendet wuerden. Kenne auch nicht alle und denke, dass auch viele andere Deutsche nicht unbedingt alle kennen. Welche Stadt ist das mit dem Turm und wo die Autos links in den Tunnel reinfahren? Hamburg?? Danke und viele Gruesse aus Ohio. :-)

@ StilleGasse1...Wieso kann man denn keine Sehenswürdigkeiten aufzählen für typisch deutsch? Und ausserdem hat sie nicht nach Stereotypen gefragt. Vielleicht solltest Du die Zügel einfach mal locker lassen und Dich nicht ins typisch deutsche Korinthenkacker-Tum einreihen :)
