His recovery is underrated. If it wasn't good, nothing would make it look good consistently. People highly underestimate how fast Falcon can drift in and out after an up special, and how much l leeway he has with ledgesnapping. Most falcons just use it very linear and straight line up tp the ledgezwhen Fatality has shown this is both unnecessary and a bad way to use it in general.

Him being able to drift through the air so quickly lets him use up b without going directly to ledge and still make it back. Thats why his mixups looks so insane. If more falcons did this, Falcon would not be considered easy to edgeguard

why doesn't aikota try going offstage and challenge falcon's recovery with hitboxes of his own? i do this all the time at lucas and get a lot of gimps out of it. back air sweet spot kills ridiculously early and can beat out a lot of moves if you hit them with the disjoint. down air can hit falcon during up-b startup animation and also kill stupid early. worst case scenario you get up-b'd and even then you might be able to get the rock crock. lucas' recovery is like 1000x better than falcons so i like to exploit it as much as possible also when lucas is on the ledge and falcon is under him I would ALWAYS go for drop off down air or back air to try to get a spike obviously aikota is 100x better than my lucas so could be dead wrong lol

I would assume that's only because of Fatilty's skill level. He's amazing with falcon's recovery so he probably doesn't want to get countered too harshly with the risk. Just my guess.

Because this is high level gameplay and Fatality would shred a player like you for thinking you can cheese stocks off Falcon that easily. Its not an online match where Falcon's don't utilize the very fast drifting Falcon has that makes his mix ups so good.
