They are crying out for mobile phone footage whenever there is a terror attack, someone goes missing, a house gets robbed and dashcam footage when it suits them. Its thanks to photographers like this guy standing up for his rights that gives us the freedom of press. Example - I have CCTV cameras and one neighbour didnt like the fact that it could see part of her garden and kept complaining so I added a privacy screen in the software to black it out to keep her happy. Few weeks later she was burgled and came knocking very nice and polite asking if I had any footage. I said "sorry its broken"

@@AbsoluteAudits Whilst Farbgel is not an offensive weapon, it is the equivalent of throwing water at someone. Which will be classed as assault if used inappropriately. It's fine to use water or Farbgel so to distract someone when they are assaulting you since then it will come under self-defence. But you do need to leave it to the last second to use it and use it properly - direct at their face. Grab it from your pocket at the first sign of aggression, but don't show it, ready just in case. Whilst self defence is one of those times when just need to state it as a reason for your assault for it to be valid, it is also one of the few times when you have to prove your case. Normally it's the prosecution that has to prove you are guilty. In self defence, especially if it's not clear cut, you need to show why you felt it necessary to defend yourself.

Last time I did that at ASDA (the video was removed but is on KZbin somewhere), the police wouldn’t do anything and a solicitor wouldn’t touch it because when he grabbed me, I kicked him backwards, which also caused his radio to smash on the floor. Not saying it’s right, quite the opposite. But it has to be a last resort, and ideally not used at all if you plan on pushing for a conviction or civil remedy.

We have serval issues here to do with everyone.
