The static positions for snake 2 are safe. They’re not in the cardinals and intercards as you say in the video but rather 1 ‘o clock & 2 ‘o clock, 4 & 5, 7 & 8, 10 & 11 ‘o clock (two people between each cardinal) so there’s also very little risk of hitting your partner.

@@kunstlerischesetwas1284 I haven’t done PF (I raid with a static) but I imagine PF would fuck up Xeno’s strat even more… The static positions is just turn. Xeno’s strat is move AND turn THEN move back.

@@shinsooxx i Cleard via pf since week three and Colour coded is standard since then. People pretty rarely fck colour coded up, while EVERY group that tried static failed miserably. Everytime someone wasnt looking exactly towards the snake or was mispositioned slightly so that either the snake got hit by poison or another player. At the time when i reached snake 2 the first time via pf everyone instantly played colour coded right from the start. There are so many risks that come with static positions in exchange for literally no advantages (Dont come with the "uptime" excuse, its not even true). I dont care what statics do and both strats will be perfectly fine for them, but static positions are not pf and prog friendly.

There is one thing people got wrong about the spriggan strat . The fixed positions are NOT on cardinal/intercardinal like you show it on 23:30, we have done it so many times without any problem. But yes, if people assume that fixed positions would be on cardinal/intercardinal , it would be a problem ( sry for my bad english )

Even with the original positions the risks are to high. Tried that strat in reclear groups and 8/10 times someone fucked it up. Then i join colour coded and we clear p1 after second pull. And i got the same experience over the last 3 weeks. Colour coded is just better and dont tell me about the uptime for casters. You got so much time to position via slidecast its hilarious, especially keeping in mind that the entire group had to run over the whole platform for the entire fight and now they cry about walking 3 steps?

Use first person camera. If you're on first person your character actually faces where you're looking at ; confusing but probably the easiest version of it for controller

This has not aged well. The PF strat for the initial gazing in snake 2 is not what is described here and is way less prone to fuck ups than what Xeno is doing.
