I know what you mean. I used to work as a CSR for a company that handled customer support for a multitude of games and even I questioned why we can't just tell them what their violation was. At times we were given an OK for major offenses like hacking, using TPPs or evidences of RMT. But in some cases we weren't allowed because apparently telling them might lead to other people replicating what they did, hence making devs have to fix it instead of making new content... or at least that was the explanation given to us =/

Xeems I think I can help with why one reason why Venomous Mass sounds so funny, is because when you say "mass" you over-pronounce the 'a' in mass, making it sound like you are dramatically announcing a Marvel super-villian. Instead of 'mass' (with short a) you say maaass. It's cute, probably an accent thing, but yeh.

I got a warning on my account about a year ago, and they refused to tell me what it was for as well. This seems to be something they do now which is hilariously brain-dead because you'll never know what it was exactly that you did so you can't correct it. I tried every channel available to me, I tried appealing, tickets, calling, everything. They wouldn't tell me. Really unfortunate, SE GMs used to be super cool and understanding, they'd be really friendly and try to help you out as best they could, now they're basically AI
