i had similar tyre wobbling problem at speed of 55 and above.. got it checked twice from the TVS service centre. at the 3rd time they told me most probably its tyre issue, but they were not sure. Then i got my bike checked by a local mechanic and he told me the tyres needs to be changed along with the cone set .so i got the tyres changed after 2 weeks and now the wobbling issue is solved. i still have to change the cone set as the bike moves a little to one side. i have rtr 200 4v.

bro.. firstly check it with TVS service centre, might be it's tyre issue or cone set issue. when you come to know the exact fault, then resolve it with service centre.

cone set is in between handle bar and bike body. under center main bolt. it cone set is weak, then there will be play in handle bar at high speed. you can check it on Google. once check the cone set of your bike.

Hii bro.. I'm from South India. I watched Videos, I tried to understand the language but can't. Many of KZbin Videos told about that wobbling issue. Really I'm too confused & stressed for selecting this bike 😣. I have some doubts. Can You clarify?. I asked testdrive in showroom. There is no bikes available for test drive. So I can't check the wobbling issues. 1. Some of dealers told me, this year (all 2022 edition) rectify the wobbling issue. Is that true.? Or not? 2. When you purchase that bike.? 3. Hello bro, first of all, thank you so mch for your valuable comment ❤️. When I was gone to showroom first time for Apache 160 4V test ride, they refused to give me trial. Then when I finally went to purchase the bike and they confirmed to know this, then they gave me test ride for the unit I have selected. For your doubts, I am trying to clarify as follows: - 1. Apache 160 4V 2022 model has also the wobbling issue, I got lots of comments of users who have purchased the bike recently in 2022, because it’s a manufacturing fault of TVS. But not all units do have this issue. 2. I have purchased my bike on 16.08.2021 3. I have faced two main issues; 1st is heating issue and 2nd is wobbling. Heating issue overcomes after 1st service and wobbling issue resolved after replacing front Tyre and disc unit. 4. Bro, I have used my 1604V for almost 10 months, I have experienced good comfort, riding experience, power, torque and milage (approx. 45 kmpl). Power of hornet and 160 4V has almost same in fact 160 4V has little bit more power. I am satisfied with 160 4V (my opinion), my suggestion is that just go to showroom and asked to them that you have come to purchase the bike and want a test ride for your unit first, go at 70 kmph speed and check the wobbing, if you found ok that unit, then purchased it. The apache has good market value then hornet.

Sir in my fz s v3 if I go to 80km/hr then I take a hand from the handle bar then then front wheel and handle slightly wobbling it's normal or any problem. I go to the showroom they telling it's normal for all bike have same problem because of wind. But my friends bike doesn't faced the issue. Please help me and suggest me a proper mechanical support.

bro...its not normal, your bike have wobbling issue, it is risky that at high speed, bike start wobbling, in my issue, showroom also said to me that all bikes wobble at high speed, but, after my straight request, they replaced my front wheel and my issue was removed. you have to check two things.....1. alignment of your front wheel. 2. Please also check cone set (grab both front shockers from down part and try to move up down, if shockers fixed then your cone set is ok, but if shockers move up down little bit, it means cone set need to be change. These two are the main reason of type wobbling. You can try another yamaha showroom, and once take suggestion from out side mechanic. I have also consult from outsider in my case, thereafter my doubt was cleared. hope, after checking these things, your issue will remove.

Brother, meri bike ko 3 months hua hai or 65+ par same problem mere sath bhi hai.. wobbling issue.. service centre walo ne bola hai rear tyre issue hai.. but mujhe nahi lagta ki rear tyre issue hai.. Or letter banaya hai rear Tyre k liye.. or replacement ke liye bola hai or iska charge bhi lagega esa bol rhe hai. Pls suggest Or apka overall charge kitna aaya mtlb each part ka. You are right👍, brother when my seal gurd torn out and it makes intolerable noise, service centre mechanics told me its because the chain is loose....they tighten the chain up, later the issue persist, and they cannot figure what is the issue and the other mechanic show up...he remove the chain Cover and ascertain that my chain seal guard was totally torn out...that's the reason why it made noise.....damn it took 5 hours for them to fix the minor issue🥴

They are saying it's a small issue .. it may go with the first service, come to first service we will do it everything for free, meanwhile you can use the bike... i refused to use the bike ... i asked them to Please get it rectified or replace the bike... i gave the bike to them... They are saying "TR (TELANGANA REGISTRATION) is generated, we can not replace the bike"... any suggestions, if I feel the same issue after the repair ?

book online complain on TVS website... in my case.. they also said that it is not an issue... i said them.. please give this statement in written.. i will book online issue on the basis of this statement.. then they repleced my front tyre.

Paaji iam facing chain noise issue from front chain sprocket of rtr 160 4v bs6. It's very irritating while riding. bro.. meri bike me jo front disk thi... uska ek part tha.. vo bend tha.. jo jyada rotation pr tyre pr zor mar rha tha ek side.. jisse wobbling ho rhi thi... ap ek baar tyre alignment check kralo... or cone set bhi check kra lena.... agar inme se kuch nhi h.. to bs fir to tyre replacement hi solution h.

Bhai kasam se yeh mera bhi jo raha hai 1st service ke baad,, aur maine bar bar bola hai ki yeh problem hai but S. center wale nhi mante,,,.. Mne abhi abhi 4th servicing kiya hai aur maine dikhaya bhi hai ki wobble ho tha hai mera same aapke jaisa, but fir bhi mera thik nahi hua,,, Bhai plz batau ki main kya karun plzz.. bro... ye apache me h manufacturing faults... aap 2-3 chize kr skte h... 1...ap apne nearest kisi dusre service center me dikha skte ho is issue ko. 2...ap apne wheels ka alignment check krana ek baar.. ke alloy me to koi problem nhi h (Disk panel or sare chote parts ko ek baar ache se check krna..tyre rotate krke.. ho skta h jesa Mera issue tha.. vhi same ho apka bhi) 3...agar uske baad bhi ye issue rhta h to ap TVS ko [e-mail] pr sara matter likh kr mail krdo.. fir vha se vo action lenge.. or apna engineer bheje ge. actually service center walo ko bhi complete knowledge nhi h.. mne to khud face kia h ye sab.. but don't worry.. ye 3 chize krke I hope apka ye issue dur ho jayega. sure bro....the main reason for this wobbling is fault in front wheel...i have the same issue, but after replacing front setup of Type+Alloy+Disc plate, issue of wobbling has removed. So, Firstly check the alignment of your wheel..if found faulty, then please align it....second, Cone set may also be the issue, so please check it too. Thanks.
