@@rickpacheck2053 First of all he was never arrested, he was detained. Second, when stopped you MUST COMPLY with police lawful orders. Also, the Supreme Court has ruled that when conducting a lawful stop they police can have you exit your vehicle for ANY reason. So there, that should help explain why it was ok for them to do what they did.

Just because you are the police who make 50K a year doesn’t mean you get to have power trips .
@Cadillacfire872 ай бұрын
@jordan41598 I completely agree with that, too. There was definitely some unwarranted aggressiveness from one of the officers, but put yourself in their shoes. You pull over a car who's driver is non compliant and disrespectful from the jump, then 2 or 3 more cars pull up surrounding you and then 5 or 6 massive dudes hop out of their cars and start hollering. It will always escalate the already bad situation. It can all be avoided by just being respectful and civil. Not to mention, it will make the whole process faster and easier on you. Maybe even catching a break on the tickets.

I agree however. Being a rich entitled celebrity is not arrestable. These cops clearly overreacted and did too much.
