Art ain’t explain it right and jada didn’t go into detail. She explained it in more detail in her memoir. She said basically he told her about the movie and she should audition. She auditioned for it and got it. When 2pac fell out with Hughes brothers and got fired. She ain’t wanna do it no more cause that was they dream to work together on a movie since teenage years. But he insisted on her doing the movie still. Also the point about her staying when he left the table read. At that moment she ain’t know he got fired yet until the papers she found out the same time pac found out about his firing. In her words after pac got fired she ain’t wanna do the film no more and was gonna back out but pac told her she needs to do it. That’s what she’s saying. She not saying 2pac put her in the movie
