A few weeks before final asset lock, I walked into a conversation where the rest of dev was namesearching me on the internal Discord, organizing all of my WIPs and sketches that hadn’t yet found a home in the game-this track wasn’t originally going to go anywhere! I did end up cleaning it up a little for the release version. I just really like menu music, dude. The spaces in between gameplay matter a lot, even if the player is focused on skipping them.

I got a bittersweet feeling looking at this menu today after completing almost every challenge and reflecting on my time with this game. Kind of like the same feeling the original version of this song gives me when I think about my childhood.

hot tip: there's only 100 spray cans in the game, and one is on every track. you don't need to collect every spray can to unlock every color!
