Joe was a tough kid from Ireland that ended up in the Catskills in the mid 80’s to be a sparring partner for an up and coming American fighter who at 16,17 was wiping the floor with absolutely everyone else, he wiped the floor with Joe too but the difference was that Joe could take it and so Joe worked there for a good while. American fighter to this day loves Joe, Joe earnt his respect, paid his dues and is valid for everything he was able to achieve in the sport. Joe is a man that understands where he was at and where he is at, John Fury doesn’t.

Joe has a very valid point about Tyson's preparation. I felt that on the night, he just didn't seem 100% not by a long shot. Usyk is a legend, no taking that away, but I fully believe Tyson took it too lightly, OR, just didn't put the work in on the road.

Usyk is just too good for anyone at this time, the fact fury came close is a testament to his ability. Usyk gave him a hell of a pasting in round 9 and wore him down all night. Usyk has now learned fury tricks and will do better next time.
