they don't deserve a break. these are the same parents who raised these kids running around killing one another. nobody in my whole family's lineage has ever stayed out at 2am at 15 years old. not even 18 i would bet. probably out smoking weed, drinking and getting sexed up. this little girl has probably staying out this late since 12.

In his defense. Rarely is a child’s living conditions near perfect. Tyson did the best he could with what he knew. He was obviously attentive to her grades, but oblivious to the double life she had. Im sure she was lying to him about her whereabouts and all. Freak accident, due to hanging w the wrong crowd and being at the wrong location. He didnt fail as a father, he had a blind spot, which most parents do, about what their child was into to. Give grace.

I am trying to be very sympathetic because the lose of a child is never an easy thing to deal with and it stays with you forever. 2 or 3am in the morning is way to late for a 15 year old girl to be out anywhere. Having a parent and being parented are 2 different things. Also women do not have good situational awareness and never perceive danger the way men do. The second I hear shooting from anywhere I a leaving or at the least removing myself from the area. If you can hear the shooting that means its nearby. Today´s parent do things differently. They are too busy trying to be their friends instead of a parent. When I was 16 had a 9pm curfew at that time and the most I would be was on the next block playing. If I stayed out to 2am my mom would have killed me! Todays generation is different.
