I looked up this show since I never heard of it. The premise sounded interesting. So I'm watching an episode now and wow is it horrible. It's like Sex in the City meets Gilmore Girls. I can't take it anymore. It's incredibly fake and crap. Turning off.

To my English ear, America has a load of intelligent & talented women that I find it very difficult to listen to. Often I can't get past the pitch of their voices & the upward cadence of their voices at the end of what their saying to grasp what they are saying. I just hear noise. I know I'm wrong, But when I listen to Reese Witherspoon I have no problem. She doesn't finish every sentence like it's a question. Nikki Deloach seems like a lovely & bright lady. But her speed of speech & pitch of voice just lose me.

It's not just your English ear. I am from Southern California and I know exactly what you are talking about. However, it is rare that I am annoyed by an intelligent female from the U.S. I think I look past the voice inflection when I am interested in what they have to say, because I thought this was a pleasant interview.
