I had someone claim he illegally crossed state lines. When I asked how is crossing state lines illegal. They told me trafficking humans and drugs across state lines is illegal. I pointed out that it's the human trafficking and drugs that are illegal and not the crossing of state lines. Somehow they concluded that I was admitting that he did do something illegal. These people have lost their fucking minds. We have video of Kyle shooting only the people attacking him and one of those people testifying that he pulled his concealed gun on Kyle. He testified that Kyle only shot him once he pulled and pointed the gun at Kyle. How anyone could see all this and conclude it's not self defense is beyond me.

I love how people keep calling Rittenhouse a "murderer" without understanding the legal definition of the word. A "murderer" is somebody who unlawfully kills another person, but somebody who commits "justifiable homicide" does so when they kill without criminal offense. "He shouldn't have been there!" Yeah, well, every person rioting shouldn't have been there, either. You can't use an excuse to vilify one person while ignoring the same actions that vilify him were used by the other people who were committing crimes and ended up being the recipients of justifiable force used against them. IMO, the entire thing is a clusterfuck. But Rittenhouse isn't a murderer. He's a kid who learned (the hard way) that actions have severe consequences.

The disinformation/lies and omissions in this case are alarming. Until two weeks ago I though Kyle was a gun toting white supremacist who murdered two innocents and shot a third. Then I got into the trial and did some research. Now I know he is just a young kid who was there to help people and help guard a car lot. He wrapped a lady’s ankle and assisted others. Also put out fires which is where he was running to when Rosenbaum ambushed him. There is so much in this case that isn’t known bc it doesn’t fit certain outlets narrative. Joy Behar and Joy Reed, Woopy Goldberg, Lebron, and even Biden among many others should be Ashamed of themselves. May Karma shine.

They’ve even had his criminal history and he has an active warrant for his arrest for breaking his either probation or parole condition. But it would have been an inconvenience to have him testify. There is so much prosecutorial misconduct and bias against the defendant that this should have been a mistrial with prejudice the minute the prosecutor commented on Kyle‘s right to silence. Sean, it's also worth noting that Gaige Grosskreutz also had a DUI dropped by the prosecutor 6 days before the trial. Not only that, it was actually his SECOND DUI. They never explicitly stated that his testimony for the state was the cause for the DUI charge to be dropped, but how many times have you EVER heard of someone having their second DUI dismissed? How many times have you heard of someone having charges dropped 6 days before they were scheduled to appear in court as a witness for the DA/state/prosecutor? I've never heard of the former, but the latter happens frequently. But I'm guessing those people aren't typically also suing the city/county for $10 million after being shot by a citizen. Actually, the incest problem facing America is chronic among a certain demographic where males father dozens of children, nobody knows who daddy is, and don`t realize they`re humping their relatives. This disgusting situation is the root cause of most of the violence, behavioral problems, and high rates of learning disabilities seen in many inner city schools. Before the pandemic there were four high schools in New York where NO members of this demographic graduated, beating the 90% failure rate in Los Angeles high schools.
