I REMEMBER sometime back, in 2005 when I and my two young siblings went to a family BIRTHDAY PARTY late, 🎉 We found that all the NON-ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES were done... Only alcohol was AVAILABLE, hence I was safe... 😁 But for my younger siblings, it was a TOUGH TIME for them. 😩 Luckily one elderly woman noticed that my siblings had no drinks. 😊 So she came closer and said, "Sorry all the drinks are done, but we can send someone to buy two bottles just for you,? What drink do you want?" she asked. My siblings answered with great excitement and said "KOKA KOLAH"😲 Then on a side, sat my aunty from Central Province. A Zambian based in SA🇿🇦. Huge fan of the cast. 🎉 Many of my SA family and friends watch it too. But not a single one likes Elson. Many have suggested that if the show is to touch international spaces like the MacG Podcast, you can not have a Host who is so negative. I couldn’t agree more. As a Zambian, 100% of the interviews you have, would be way better from a viewers lense, if Elson was NOT in them. Whatever it is you are keeping him on the show for, Please! Find someone else who can do it; just without the hostility. It’s baffling and mind boggling how a host of a show can ALWAYS be so hostile towards a guest; in the name of interviewing? I know for a fact there’s plenty of us Zambians in the diaspora, and even back there locally, who think like this. I really love the pod, and it’s definitely something that can put Zambia on the map. But if you’re gonna appeal to the international spaces, it will have to be without Elson. I can’t imagine how my Nigerian brothers and sisters feel after digesting this podcast simply because of one guy. Unless he completely undergoes growth and changes his interviewing style, Elson will be the podcast’s downfall

@@phreddiekandandu1441 not saying it's a bad thing. A lot of podcasts do advertise, but if you have seen how much time it takes for them to make a point on an ad you'd understand. We do watch other podcast and we see how it is done. Check the diaries of a CEO, check other podcast. You can make your advertisement in the first 3 minutes and towards the end and maybe have the adverts pop up or scroll on the screen from time to time.
