Tzuyu had very little confidence in many things that it makes me sad. Her Korean is at like a middle school level and tries really hard to understand what MC's are saying during Variety shows, she also has no confidence in dancing which is understandable but i think she's just no comfortable free style dancing as in their choreography she seems to be doing great. But as she matures and she keeps improving her confidence improves. Also she's gonna be 21 this year and I'm shook I can't believe it's been so long since Sixteen it felt like it was last year when it was teen Tzuyu. T-T

More than the confidence it's about understanding the language. She avoids speaking much as she doesn't understand the language completely. Also she is an introverted person so she keeps to herself. Tzuyu does talk well when she speaks in award shows in front of thousands so she definitely has the confidence. Also you can't be an idol without having any confidence. She just does not prefer to talk like Mina.
