Butter, strange name for a cute dog. But I suppose it's for his color. I've had a hard time bathing 🐕dogs. Some never got use to it. Don't make it too warm. They don't seem to like warm water or at least the dogs that I had didn't like it too warm.

Be careful of human shampoo. Some dogs are allergic. I've knew someone who had to put the dog down because of human shampoo. I did use it on my German Shepard from time to time. You can use some human medicine at half dose like aspirin. Ask a vet first if it's OK to take it. Tums and antacids they can use too.
