In this cooking youtube video My Mother has shown Banarasi style urad dal kachori recipe this is one of best UP ka nashta. This kachhe urad ki kachori is a very traditional Uttar Pradesh ki recipe. This indian veg recipe is very simple to make. This Urad dal kachori is one of my favorite Urad recipes. I hope you will like this kachori recipe video by my mother.
Ingredients
200 grams urad dal, black lentils
10 to 15 kali mirch dane, black peppercorns
4 to 5 hari mirch, green chillies
2 badi ilaychi, black cardamom
1 Tsp bhuna jeera pisa, roasted cumin powder
350 grams gehu atta, wholewheat flour
6 to 7 lehsun kali, garlic cloves
Namak swadanusar, Salt as per taste
Half tsp Ajwain, carrom seeds
1 Tsp Hing, Asafoetida
4 Tbsp refined oil for moyan plus Tel talne ke liye, oil for frying
