My mom asked me to type this... You are adding those eggs when it is boiling and under flame and due to which it breaks, dissolves and settles separately everywhere in it. To avoid dissolving of egg, you can break your egg under no flame(after switching off your stove) and cover it and leave it for 5mins and later flame it up and bring to a boil and it will all come as separate and whole eggs. For the best curry you may try it in a mud pot which makes egg not stick at the bottom!!
