the bezel has nothing to do with how much air you have left diving, it along with a depth gauge tells you how long you have at a certain depth, and lets you track elapsed time. Most of which is now done by computer, I just use the bezel as a backup timer

I love this watch, but for what I paid I'm afraid to wear it. But I bought a Nixon 51-30 that is a few mm bigger and only $500 as a substitute and I might sell my U-boat. I'm not afraid to scratch the Nixon so I wear it all the time and I love this chunk of SST metal. Get yourself a Nixon

This piece would have horology snobs turning in their graves. They believe anything over 41mm is too big. I think it's big, bold and beautiful personally.l as well as daring and unapologetic. It's certainly an acquired taste, but so is panerai. The only problem I would have is the weight of this massive beast. At least it puts Invicta to shame quality wise.

That looks like a fake. The face and the back say fake. Most of U-Boats recent watches have the "U" in glass on the back. All except the liquid filled watches.
