Even though there was no fault found in the bus. We call it a compliance issue, where children were sitting next to the driver (i.e flat surface, believe which covers the engine). All children are unrestrained, in case of emergency or accident the children will be flung when unrestrained. Still must appreciate the cleanliness, attitude of the driver. Normally speaking we make assumptions drivers are just metric pass or unschooled, there is a tendency for them to address the officer as Sir.

@@Hershal13 ​ Thanks for your comments, I am old now. one of the things i used to do was riding bicycle to work and for fun. Till I saw another cyclist met with an accident, and his skull cracked open in front of my eyes in 1983. Do I still ride bicycle, yes but with a helmet. will it save me. Maybe or mayn't. with the congested traffic the impact may not be severe but we do not know. Let's be safe with children's safety. I still appreciate the driver and the service they provided to these children, when compare to other people who provide service through rickshaws around 15 children per ride.

They are trained to be rude. In public administration we call it colonial attitude. Our civil servans still have that kind of attitudes towards citizens. They behave like there are masters and we're subjects to be treated. A typical colonial behaviour which still exist even after 7 decades of independence.
