About a year back or so when I was coming from Kerala to Madikeri stopped at this hotel for Unniyappam and I was so much awed about the taste that I couldn't wait to have it again. But lockdown happened and then my crash happened and I had to wait almost a year. I am not a foodie like Banu and my needs are simple. Rice and fish curry :P and some simple traditional food. Unniyappam will stay one of such food probably until I get sugar lol.

Reminds me of my South ride back in 2018, where I had Davangere style dosa IN Davangere, Udupi idli IN Udupi, Nilgiri Tea, the superb 10 rupee medu wada outside ooty station, and the list goes on... the satisfaction of having food from its original place is priceless...

I have visited this hotel several times .. beside appam (made from pure ghee )they prepare nice buttermilk .. and u should have visited Tirunelli temple just 12 km away from that junction ..this place is just few km away from nagarahole and border is kutta village !!
