Yes Reema hum giloy pite h daily. Take two glasses of water and put two sticks of giloy, one inch ginger, four or five kali mirch nd two pieces cardimum nd boil it then filter nd drink like hot tea sip by sip.

Hi Reemaji, I just love ur vlogs and I try not to miss them too.... we have also started drinking Giloy. It is very beneficial for health. If making for one person, take 1 or 2 tbsp of giloy in glass of water, boil until water is reduced to half ... strain n drink ... since it’s very bitter I add honey. I also add pinch haldi and ajwain when boiling for more benefits.
