1200 square feet land , cent 10 lacks means Rs 27 lacks and for building 1500 square feet it will take around Rs 30 lacks .so maximum cost Rs 57 is worth buying.

Righty said, on top we can add 3 to 5 lacks for interior work and good fittings and 5 lacks let them have profit margin, so 65 to 67 is the worst max.

Buying land at low cost and constructing house with strong basement ,pillars ,using quality steel and cement and well above road level is the main criteria .Interior can be done when one gets money. FLOOR TILES IS IMPORTANT .Other intetior work Not necessary .open shelves and loft is enough.A back yard and garden is necessary .sanitary fittings within budget is ok.Middle class cant waste money in interiors .
