U of D Jesuit student designs wheelchair stroller

Alden Kane '16 through a joint STEM class project with U of D Mercy helps design a wheelchair stroller for a paraplegic mother, Mrs. Sharina Jones, and her infant son.

This would be excellent for my daughter when she gets older. She has cp and uses a wheelchair. Awesome job!!

That looks like it'd be a really bumpy ride for a baby. Might want to think about adding some suspension into it, granted that does add some weight, not something many paraplegics or quadriplegics can handle, particularly in awkward positions. Maybe team up with the people that make Frog Legs or do something similar?
