I've been there for almost 2 years and there have been a lot of changes to the POI. You must have left before I got there. What was your role? It's still going strong with most of its changes geared towards student comments. We listen to our master drivers that help shape our Army's future.

@@coryparker9614 I was the Training Developer (CASCOM, G3) responsible for developing all courses of instruction for 88Ms. I had to coordinate with MANY teams/leaders to develop this training. TRADOC was hard to convince since they always wanted to cut $$ from everything. Starting this new course took me 3 years of research and advice from all over the 88 CMF. At least the groundwork was solid enough for it to be used to continue to evolve and keep pace with the changes in the Army's doctrine and tactics.

No it's not hard. There is an exam but 95% of students pass the first time.
