I want to be as tough as this. Even if it isn't the best for muscle building it sure as hell as strengthens your mind and increases your conditioning significantly. What's a strong body without a strong mind? Absolutely nothing. Gotta respect your mental toughness, man.

Just finished this workout. First attempt 12 rounds in 40 minutes. No way can I achieve 15 rounds in 30 mins. But I’ll approve and get 15 rounds complete. Keep these workouts coming! Who needs PT and a Gym when you have the Iron Wolf...Love it!

This is one of my favorite circuits workout you have done cos it involved pullups. I am big fan of your workouts and really enjoy having personal drill instructor. I gassed out at 10 and push 2 more then I was done, no more. I hate burpees, now I start to love them. I would really appreciate more this kind of workouts as they are more interesting. Set myself a benchmark of 41 mins 26 secs. Struggled with the pull ups/chins....form not too good but I didn't break so I am pleased overall. Love the mental challenge these workouts throw up just as much as the physical benefit I get from doing them. Glad you decided to share this with us Iron Wolf..salute🙏🐺

Thanks for this routine man... Tried it yesterday and I nailed 10 rounds. Physically, I fell that I can rich 15 rounds even more, but the problem was that I felt some vertigo, I think because of burpees. But this was lit man. Keep going man. From FRANCE.

I feel that too doing this too mate. It's the blood being redirected away from your stomach to your muscles that are working overtime such as arms chest and quads. I dry retch after a good workout

Bradley McKee I’m sorry to hear that brother, have you tried fish oil and glucosamine for the joints or wearing arm sleeves ? Thanks for the reply, I've done the glucosamine as well as turmeric, no real results. I definitely always warm up. It seems to be wear and tear from 25 years of elevator repair. I keep pluggin away and do what I can, thanks for the tips!

Love your workouts man! Pure motivation. I did 1-10-1 pullups after 5km run today. Just did 1's the last 4-1 but. Can I do this workout tomorrow after a run? Or will it be to much stress on tendons, ligament etc?

Love this! Yesterday at work, I did 15 rounds, strict form. I couldn’t keep up with your pace though. It took me 43 minutes but I also didn’t run 4.5 miles before hand. I’ll be back for more!!

Today I did 12 sets, sandwiched them beween two very juicy 15 minutes of high interval jump rope sessions. I started the 13th set, but found no strength to perform another pull up. Will repeat weekly!
