There are multiple ways to disrupt. Even when the recount comes back cleanly supporting the announced winner…the use of an automatic recount without purpose (a fishing expedition) reduces the importance of drilling down into those races where questionable votes do exist. Both WI and AZ have races where the voting behavior is highly questionable and includes a 3AM vote dump.
