hi! for the problem with sinx/cos^2x, the new upper limit is rad 3 over 2 which is less than the lower limit, 1. do we not have to switch the limits of integration and multiply it all by -1 since the upper limit is less than the lower?? thank you for your videos by the way!! been going through them to prep for my calc ap test and its helped alot!

Glad my videos are helping you!! Yea, that's an excellent question. You don't have to switch the bounds if you don't want to. I generally only switch the bounds in a problem to get rid of a negative that is already in front of the integral. Just as you do an integral from 1 to 2, you can also do an integral from 2 to 1. In the first integral, FTC P2 would look like F(2) - F(1). If you did the integral from 2 to 1, then FTC P2 would look like F(1) - F(2). Does that make sense?
