Are people still able to apply for uber black and lyft black? If so what is the process? The website shows click to apply but nothing happens when I try.

Sorry I’m not sure bc each market is different. In LA, Lyft black is black vehicle I. Color and there are list of vehicles accepted. Uber is a whole process. I’d talk to some of the Uber black drivers in the Uber lot at airport. Should be able to give you step by step.
