@@ld2588 At least for me, it is that there was not a decent HD version of this precise version of the video available on KZbin, until 2 years ago when it premiered here, in U2's channel. I know it is not that big of a deal, but that's how we fans are sometimes.

I understand all the complicated reasons that they decided to make the other versions of this video, but this version was the perfect video for this song. This video needed to be in Berlin, in the room where they found the song that saved them. Anton Corbijn did the rest flawlessly as he always does. This video carries a lot of the visual language of the album which makes it feel so perfect as well. I believe that using the Trabants was Anton's idea as well. A stunning video fit for U2's greatest song.

I remember when Achtung Baby came out and thought how will they ever top this masterpiece, 30 years later it’s still my favorite rock album, every track was superbly different. Brian Eno and the production team made this U2 album the rock album of the century for me.
