WE BOUGHT ONE AND ASSEMBLED IT BUT IT WON’T ROTATE FREELY UNLESS WE LEAVE THE FOOT DOWN ON THE LEVER WHICH IS A PROBLEM. HOW CAN I GET IT TO ROTATE FREELY WITHOUT HOLDING FOOT DOWN ON LEVER?

How do loosen. It is so hard to move the chair around? On another video,the unscrewed a part attachment,lifted it,and loosened screws with wrench. It chair doesn't have those screws. Frustrated.

I just both same one it not rotate frelly why.?
