You as their parents should have a talk with your children and stay alert to your children's behaviors. Especially when they start acting a certain way. Protect your children first. You married hoping your ex husband would be faithful and help out. But things didn't go as expected. I would be upset to the mother too. A mother should protect her child at all time no matter what. A mother should always check on her child daily because you know that your bf is not the father for your child. It is always best to think negative and be cautious about your bf, especially when you have a daughter. If looking at the bad side I agree with your daughter too. Poor sweety she is traumatized, it's hard as a mother you work hard for your kids but remember that the time with them is more value then making money. I'm so sorry for you and your daughter. Your daughter is so strong to gave birth and kind to give her child to adoption. I pray she find peace and forgive everything and move on. What happened was your exs fault, not your fault because he would still have done the same thing to another woman's daughter if he was with a different woman and not you. But, let this be a lesson learned women. Be cautious of other men in your kids lives if he is not the biological father. Mothers with young children, that date or remarry. You need to talk and listen to your children. Moms, you all need to pay attention to your gut feelings. Young children will behave differently when they've been hurt. Don't ignore these unusual or different behaviors that that child is displaying. This story, there was a red flag that went up at the beginning but the mother didn't see it. This was when her new husband said "no more visitation with the other parent. Having the children going back and forth is going to cause trouble. So which ever parent that have physical custody of child/children, the children should just stay with them" For me, I would never agree to that idea. Unless my children are in danger when going to see their father.
