Lesson learned,,never buy or get any enormous investment that you cannot down at least half or paid it off or requiring two full incomes to sustain it. That’s the reason why I cashed out my my 600k house and had multiple properties paid off and rented it out to pay for expenses such as taxes and insurance. Be smart people if anyone need advice lmk. don't lose hope. never gives up finding happiness. but to think that race will be different, you just going to put yourself back into the same situation. doesn't matter if they are the same or different race, find someone that is decency and has a common sense, integrity and loves you, not because they are different race and they are going to do and think different. in this world human are all the same, human nature and instinct.
