Taxi within Baku will cost no more than 20 manats per day (about 5-7 rides) and 2-3 meals at average restaurant will cost at most 30-40 manats per day.

Sorry for late reply, More than 3 months can be ok , But it is recommended to have 6 Months valid passport & Emirates ID
