Is it possible to open a free zone company and operate somewhere else outside the UAE?
@esquiregroup Жыл бұрын
Yes, although there could be tax consequences of doing so in your country of operation.

Hi cool video what types of visas are available for individuals who want to live and work in Dubai. To provide some context, I am a UK resident who currently has a home office and is interested in moving to Dubai. I want to be able to work remotely and maintain my home office in uk, but also obtain a residence permit so that I can rent a property and open a bank account in Dubai. I am interested in exploring all of my options, including remote visas, nomad visas, and free zone visas, and I would like to have access to all of the facilities that Dubai has to offer. At the same time, I want to avoid paying taxes in Dubai, if possible as im paying tax in uk. Could you please provide me with information on the different types of visas that would allow me to do this? Specifically, I am interested in learning about the visa requirements, conditions, and eligibility criteria for each option. Thank you for your time and assistance. I look forward to hearing back from you soon

Can we start an airline company as free zone company and operate it as scheduled airline?
@esquiregroup Жыл бұрын
Free Zone companies must operate within the free zone in the UAE. As such, I don't think you could operate an airline in the UAE from within a free zone. You may be able to operate an airline through a free zone company outside the UAE but the countries of operation would likely charge tax. Also, airlines are highly regulated and outside of my area of expertise.
