UAT -- Archery & Martial Arts

Good evening! Tonight I remember when #UnusAnnus went to Learning the Ancient Art of Chinese Archery. They went to an instructor who talked about the history & art of the practice, and then showed & exercised the archery techniques.
I always liked the idea of archery (especially when I was younger), but haven't practiced it consistently. I also ponder on how some of the details of Unus Annus may be lost to time--names, places, specific bits... But such is the way we live & die on this earth. #MementoMori
