I used to sit and listen to this song with my mother as a young boy, she passed away when i was 17 and i havent listened to the song since she passed. Today is the first time listening to it in 10 years. Needless to say, the song brought me to tears.

This song has such a deep meaning, only when you go through life, ud understand. I still feel like I’m finding my way. Ppl will let you down when you need them the most. I’m not talking abt material and financial dependency, I’m referring to emotional support. Iv learnt never to count on anyone but yourself. I listen to this song to find the courage to never give up. Life isn’t easy, you have to find that will to never give up despite your situation. Always remember that there’s someone in this world who shares your struggle. We may be continents apart and not know each other but we in this together. I hope you find some comfort in that. Keep the faith 🙏🏼

It's not so much about the person but the way it makes u feel. Music should be designed to all no matter who u are. I was born in a society where I might be influenced by afrobeats but instead I find satisfaction from classical opera, classical, music in general but most importantly not succumb to a definition that other may put me in. When I hear music I like I will take the liberty of enjoying. It is my right to do so. X

Can't stand gospel music but the gospel singers in this make the song. That little bit of "I've Got" love it.

This song reminds me of my close family members that I have lost over the years... mainly my father as I remember him playing this song often when I was a child.

Used to listen to ub40 in the car with my dad all the time, then this song would come on and it was the perfect lonely road anthem. Haven't seen my dad in 7 years this brings back so much memories

This song comforts me, it made me realize that nothing is permanent as long as you are on Earth. I face life with confidence now, regardless of so many et backs, expectations that didn't come to pass and regrets i could never change

This song reminds me of my grandpa who passed away almost 2 years ago. Still miss that man, damn.. One thing is certain, things change by time. People come and go. Rust in peace, dear grandpa. 😪🙏🏻
